A rebuilt User Management experience

User Management has been redesigned from the ground up. It's now much easier to see all users in your org and their access levels at a glance; a new streamlined approach to creating and managing user accounts; and a simplified interface for assigning special responsibilities like platform management and invoicing makes it easier to maintain without running into governance overlaps.

Org Admins can now assign invoice and billing privileges as well as manage access to the Compensation Report.

Direct control over billing access

You can now assign or transfer the primary billing contact responsibility, with a confirmation step so the change is never accidental. A separate invoice viewer setting lets you give someone visibility into invoices without handing over full billing control.

Fewer surprises when managing admins

New safeguards prevent conflicting organization admin assignments before they happen, and a clear error banner on the create and edit user pages flags invalid entries up front — so you're not hunting for the problem after a failed save.

Improved site stability

Resolved a critical issue that could leave parts of the platform unusable, keeping your workflow uninterrupted during peak reporting periods.

Stronger checks before you submit

Review Before Submit now catches empty Organizational Breakout fields on Page 3, so incomplete sections are flagged before your survey goes in rather than after.

Benchmark

• Clarified chart titles on the Touchstone Reports Dashboard so it's easier to tell revenue views apart at a glance
• Corrected currency symbol display in Operating Results tables for international reporting
• Fixed an error on Page 3 that was happening when saving Organizational Breakout fields with entries longer than 20 characters
• Resolved an issue on Page 3 where organization names containing special characters blocked data entry in the Volunteers section

User Management

• Improved layout and responsiveness across screen sizes throughout the new interface
• Resolved form behavior issues on the Create and Edit User pages, including issues some users encountered with unsaved changes
